Pricing and payment schedules
-
My pricing follows a phased approach, with payments due at key milestones throughout the project. This ensures transparency and flexibility while aligning with the scope of work.
For full-service design, design only and virtual-design the payment schedule is structured to reflect the different stages of each service:
Design Fees are invoiced before the design work begins.
Procurement & Project Management Fees (if applicable) are calculated and charged separately after the design phase, based on the project’s complexity and scope.
Final Styling & Installation costs are agreed upon before implementation.
Each phase is designed to give you clarity and control over your investment. Exact payment details will be outlined following your consultation..
-
My design fees cover concept creation, planning, and specifications. For the design only and virtual design packages additional costs may include procurement fees, trade coordination, custom furniture, and extras like 3D visualisations or lighting design if added on as extra services. These are discussed upfront based on your project needs.
-
If additional work is required beyond the agreed scope, we’ll provide a revised fee proposal before proceeding, ensuring full transparency.
-
The consultation fee is refundable against full-service & design only packages. The consultation fee is deducted from the total cost if you proceed with a full-service or design-only package.
The virtual design package includes consultation as part of the discovery phase.
Process and packages
-
I offer three main services: Full-service interior design (design, procurement, and implementation), design only (detailed plans for you to execute), and virtual design (a virtual, streamline option with curated guidance).
I am always happy to discuss accommodating your individual needs, so feel free to get in touch with any other requests.
-
This package includes everything from initial concept development to final styling. I create a bespoke design, source all materials and furnishings, manage procurement, and oversee the entire implementation to bring your vision to life.
-
The design only package provides you with a fully developed design concept, including layouts, mood boards, and detailed specifications, allowing you to implement the project at your own pace.
-
My virtual design option is a remote service that provides a tailored design concept, including mood boards, layouts, and a shopping list for you to source and implement on your own. It’s a great option if you are looking for professional guidance with more flexibility.
-
My design fees are calculated per room, with kitchens and bathrooms priced higher due to their complexity. Implementation and procurement costs are calculated separately based on project size and scope.
Logistics and procurement
-
This can be agreed when contracts are drawn up, typically for full service design, I act as your agent, managing all purchasing and procurement. This includes sourcing items, placing orders, coordinating deliveries, and handling any issues that arise.
-
You will benefit from my trade relationships to source high-quality furnishings, materials, and bespoke pieces. Procurement ensures seamless coordination, exclusive access to trade-only suppliers, and a hassle-free experience for you.
-
If acting as agent I manage all aspects of procurement, including resolving delays or damages with suppliers. I can work quickly to find solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to your project timeline -
For full service projects, I typically handle all delivery co-ordination, warehouse storage (if needed), and on-site installation to ensure a seamless process.
