Phase one - Discovery

The first phase of virtual design begins with an in-depth consultation to understand your needs, lifestyle, and preferences. Through a video call or detailed questionnaires, I can gather information about your vision for the space, desired style, and functional requirements. Using photographs, measurements, or even a virtual walk-through of the space, I can develop a design concept that captures the overall aesthetic and spatial plan. The initial concept will include mood boards, colour schemes, and material ideas to ensure we're aligned with your expectations before moving forward.

Project phases within a virtual design project

Phase two - Design development

Once the concept is developed, the next phase involves presenting the initial design. This can include floor plans, mood boards, and furniture selections, all presented digitally for review. You can provide feedback on the proposed layout, design elements, and materials. During this phase, we can allow one revision to the design based on your preferences, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered. Virtual meetings allow for real-time discussions and quick adjustments, making this phase highly collaborative and flexible.

Phase three - Handover

The final phase is the digital delivery of the design package, which includes all the necessary documentation to execute the project. This includes finalised floor plans, material specifications, furniture lists, sourcing recommendations. You receive everything needed to move forward with your design, whether you choose to implement it yourself or work with contractors. We also provide guidance on the next steps.
